    AUSTRALIA.

    157233 LAC (Plant Operator) William ('Bill') Walter COOK, ex-No.5 Airfield Construction Squadron, Iwakuni, Japan, died at the Alfred Hospital, Prahran, Victoria, on 18 February, 1947, from the effects of a cerebral tumor.

    Hello

    HENDERSON, John - AC2c - 1696356 - the Dundee Evening Telegraph of February 19th 1947 carried an announcment of his death, which records that he died suddenly at D.R.I. (Dundee Royal Infirmary). He is recorded as being a bus conductor.

    John Henderson 1696356 , a medically discharged airman, died in Dundee Royal Infirmary of a duodenal ulcer, a paralytic ileus and broncho pneumonia . There is no indication of why he was deemed eligible for commemoration
