Possible connection between Donovan and the crash of 57 Sqn Wellington IC X9923 at Marham on return from Hamburg on 15-16 Sept 1941 ? Two killed and two injured from crew.

    BC,
At that time of the war no non-ranks on operational sorties. BTW I've all names involved in the accident on Wellington X9923.

    Default P/O Glen Coats

    Hi Henk & Paul

I'm not sure what information has come to light, but I have established that Coats was severely injured in a car accident on 11/9/41 and died on 17/9/41.

    Hope this helps.

    Cheers
    Brian
