Collins and Tierney are on the Died on Active Service Lists,

Beale does not appear in DOAS lists but there is a clue in his MBE citation, http://airforce.ca/awards.php?search...e=commonwealth
He was suffering from poor health since returning from the Middle East. That said his wills calendar gives his place of residence as The Croft RAF Station and death was 'due to war service'.

There is a Thomas Tierney aged 29 registered in East Kilbride district of Lanark, Scotland in 1943.

And again, Oulds was aged 56, Wills Calender makes no mention of where he died but also does not say on War Service. But a DOAS candidate.
