    Alan Heyworth Schofield 1085579 , attached to Number 1 Staff Pilots TU, was taken dangerously ill on 14 August and admitted to RAF Hospital Kirkham where he died of a sub arachnoid heamorhage

    Neville Lance Tyson 228248 , an electrician II attached to RAF Koggala, was accidently electrocuted in Number 3 Flying Boat hanger
