Sgt D Broughton is listed as Died of Wounds/Injuries received on active service.

His name is in CasCom 332 but is badly scanned in Flight Global, found him by searching for surname and serial number in google books and the corresponding Aeroplane magazine.

COCKER, Vernon - AC2c - 2200680 - the Rochdale Observer of November 6th 1943 reported that he died in Paddington Hospital.

Arthur James Salter 1357188 , attached to 2934 Squadron RAF Regiment, collapsed and died whilst playing in a football game, being dead on arrival at Number 90 General hospital

Donald Broughton 626405 , attached to RAF Heliopolis, a dental orderly, was one of 12 aboard a 74 OTU Wellington at RAF Heliopolis which caught fire at 10:25 Hours on 30 October when the starboard engine blew back, most of the passengers and crew quickly evacuated the aircraft , but Broughton was trapped in the rear turret and sustained severe burns from which he subsequently died
