    James Ernest Owen R 54870 , attached to 402 Squadron, was killed in an air raid at RAF Digby with 7863 J F Tighe critically injured

    "Alexander Glendinnig 87519 , was lost by enemy action at sea on board SS Chang Tai with a presumed date of death"

    Are you sure of the ship, the SS Chang Tai is supposed to have been sunk as a blockship in the Yangtse in 1938?

    Hello Malcolm . SS Chang Tai is what it said on the record . I just regurgitated that . I have no idea if that’s the correct ship name other than that, nor have I checked further sorry . I’ll double check when I can but it won’t be till tomorrow night sorry

    "Marjorie Ada Collin 892026 , a cook , attached to 169 Squadron , died in RAF Beverley Base Hospital from uraemia"

    She was serving with No 158 Sqn at Lissett at the time.

    Hi

    "Peter Harold Enright 29797, sustained severe burns on Sicily when using petrol to decontaminate a house which was to be used as an operations room at Pachino airfield. Evacuated to Malta, he died in No 45 General Hospital"

    According to CWGC he is Peter Edward Enright

    Stephen Hardy (16153), C.O. of Number 1 OATS, was admitted dangerously ill to RAF hospital Rauceby on 23 March suffering from a duodenal ulcer where he died of a pulmonary embolism
