CC patrol in Section E (Easy)

Hi all,

I am looking for details for Patrol E or Patrol Section E (Easy) which I understand was flown by Coastal Command aircraft in spring-summer 1944 and it would be connected with the invasion to Normandy. I suppose it would be somewhere in the area of SW approaches to the Channel.
I am not able to google any more detailed info.

Not got that specific Patrol name logged but given dates and if in darkness I suspect it is the Modified Crossover of Stopper.

Stopper
Tobe flown nightly, weather permitting, from dusk to dawn. If Stoppercannot be flown, Crossover B is put on. Crossover D and E are flownif B cannot be put on early enough to be effective.
