Looking for some 249 Sqn Hurricane codes, Malta, 1941

Hello everyone

I'm trying to track down some codes for the following Hurricanes of 249 Sqn at Malta in 1941:

Hurricane Z2904
Hurricane Z4005 - possibly GN-S?
Hurricane Z4016
Hurricane Z4028
Hurricane Z4041

If anyone can help at all, I'd be most grateful.

Hi Simon,
I'm pretty sure that 249 squadron took on a lot of 261 squadrons hurricanes when they relieved them in 1941.
I've been searching for the 261 squadron ORB for years to no avail.
