    Default Sgt P F Walker 1165338 61Sqn

    Sgt P F Walker 1165338 was with 44Sqn in 1941.
From RAF Commands: AIR81/9900 - Sergeant P F Walker; injured; aircraft crashed at RAF Coltishall on return from operational flight, Hampden A398, 44 Squadron, 27 October 1941. at C16998147
He was posted to 61Sqn on 11Apr42. He flew ops in May and June 42 and then disappears probably to 61Sqn Conversion Flight. He next appears in the 61Sqn September postings with the Morrison crew coming from 61Sqn Conversion Flight. The Morrison crew were lost on their first operation on 24Sep42 in R5679 QR-O. It looks like Walker was replaced by Alexander Cormack. There is no further mention of Walker in the 61Sqn ORB and no additional information on RAF Commands database. He then seems to have disappeared.
    Any help appreciated.

His full name is Philip Frank Walker, from Air 78/163, which may help in your search.
