    Formed 5.11.44 ex No11 Base in No.7 Group at Lindholme.
    Disbanded 15.11.45.
    Controlled:
    Blyton 5.11.44 to 15.11.45 (No 1662 HCU).
    Lindholme 5.11.44 to 15.11.45 (No. 1656 HCU).
    Sandtoft 5.11.44 to 15.11.45 (No. 1667 HCU).
    Sturgate 1.12.44 to 15.11.45.

    Alexander Mccormick is the chap that I am researching.
    I have him on 138 Sqdn until mid Feb '44 then he next appears on 161Sqdn 15 May '45. It says he was posted in from 71 Base the question is was he there all that time?
