    WESTLAKE, Jack Maurice - AC2c - 958409 - the Bath Chronicle & Weekly Gazette of June 29th 1940 reported that he was accidentally shot dead at Weston-Super-Mare, where he had been serving as a ground defence gunner.

    AUSTRALIA.

    15371 AC1 Roy Reus HOPKIN RAAF.

    15371 AC1 (Trainee Technical) Roy Reus HOPKIN RAAF (of No.1 Engineering School, Ascot Vale, Melbourne) died on 26 June, 1940, in the Queen Victoria Memorial Hospital, Fairfield, Melbourne. The cause of death was registered as Illness (natural causes).
