Default P G McHardy RCAF Officer WW2 Peter Gordon McHardy?

Since the loss of the Canada Gazette in an really useable form I am trying to identify a RCAF Officer in WW2

He is P G McHardy and I am 99% sure that he is Peter Gordon McHardy born circa 1914 in England and died in 1995 in Canada - but cannot link them 100% nor can I find his service number

A P G McHardy later worked post war in a number of Canadian aeronautical concerns including Spartan Air Services (where he was Treasurer: "Peter G McHardy") and also Air Transport Canada and maybe Canadian representative to International Civil Aviation Organisation - He appears to work mostly in finance and Peter G McHardy was a qualified Accountant

He pops up in October 12, 1940 article in Edmonton Journal as attending a RCAF class in Meteorology in Winnipeg I believe as an RCAF Officer

    Thanks Paul
