RAF expert dead in churchyard
An inquest was opened at Manby Aerodrome (Lincs) yesterday on Group Captain Edward Drury, A.F.C.. thirty-eight year-old
aircraft gun expert, who was found dead in a local churchyard. It is believed that police found a revolver near him.
Drury, who lived at Corfe Castle, Dorset introduced the 40mm. tank buster into the Desert Air Force in 1942.
He has a son of -five-
