    Fleming 19 February 1949. Found dead in bed at Credenhall found to have died from diabetes

    Morgan 28 September 1949 pinned under tractor overturned on bend on perk track at Waddington , had been disciplined for driving it too fast

    Dawson 20 April 1949 , fell under trailer whilst attempting to mount it on move at Lyneham , severe crushing head injuries
