    Default Another one for the Canadian Archives experts

    I don't know why I never seem able to find anything when I search the Canadian Archives and others seem to find the answer instantly. Can anyone give me the service numbers, both SNCO and Officer for the following gentleman:

    Marshall Frederick LE BEAU

    He was an observer who served on 78 Squadron from September 1941 and then moved to No. 35 Squadron on the 30th October 1942.

    His officer number was J15137. His surname is listed as Lebeau all one word. I'll have a look for his NCO number but it may take a little longer

    EDIT Looks like R56311 but could be R50311

    Thank you both, superb work. The newspaper article is interesting, I wonder if he ever flew operationally as a pilot? I believe that he survived the war.
