CWGC Italian Airmen

Hello,
I see that on the CWGC site there are six Italian Airmen.
Two are dated 1940 so I would expect that they were killed over the UK or when POW's.
The other four however are dated from 1944 to 1946.
Five in the UK and one in Serbia.
So my question is were these still POW's at that time as Italy had become an allied with us by then ?

I found one but Jagan has not added him as he was unsure of something, he was a POW
