BP Defiant anomalies

Defiant N3371 appears with two loss dates in our database: http://www.rafcommands.com/database/...php?uniq=N3371
16 Apr 41 and 16 Sep 41
Can anyone please confirm the correct date so that it can be amended?

Form 1180 has 16 Sept for the Dunbar wheels up belly event. At the time the engine and airframe were classed as Repairable.
