Found his date of relinquishing RAFO Commission in LG (after getting date from March 1939 AFL)
Flight Lieutenant Robert Raymond MONEY
relinquishes his honorary commission on
cessation of duty. 4th Dec. 1939.
His Service Number in RAF was 17221
I note that in Sep 1939 he was apparently a Civilian Recruiting Officer for the RAF based in Cardiff, born 25 Apr 1893 in Sleaford Lincs and had served initially in the ranks of the Lincs Regt, Money served in France from 6 Sep 1915, he served with the East Yorks Regt and RFC as an officer, died in 1969 in the Malvern area.
