Tiger Moth II - R5019 - 4 FPP. ( See ENSIGN and LAURSEN below, Oxford R6019, But only two fatalities, Ensign(Ersign ?) and Laursen). But Air81/4096 has Three casualties but aircraft as Oxford R5019 ?

Madeley (St.Michael) Churchyard, Shropshire.
Died from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident on his way to RAF Penrhos from his home.

These four airmen rest at the Malta (Capuccini) Naval Cemetery, Malta.
They were crew of Wellington Ic - R1094 - 148 Sqn(Wellington Flight).

These two airmen rest at Hawarden (St.Deiniol) Churchyard, Flintshire.
They were crew of Tiger Moth II - R5019 - 4 FPP. (See CARRICK, above, I believe that this was an Oxford accident. From ATA Losses Oxford R6019 (It could not be R6109 as this aircraft went to the SAAF from 21st October 1940 )
Also AB's P1000 - R9999 has R5019 serving with 18 EFTS/18 RFS/19 RFS/ 10 RFS, To 7042M 22.8.53. Nothing of 4 FPP.
AB's P1000 - R9999 has R6019 - 15 FTS/4FPP - 4.11.40, Flew into hill in advance visibility on ferry flight from Prestwick to Kidlington, Brynford near Holywell, Flint.
Air81/4096 has Three casualties but aircraft as Oxford R5019 ? Should have Oxford R6019 ?

STUBBINGS, Geoffrey Harry - Sgt - 581045 - RAF.
These two airmen are commemorated on the Runnymede Memorial, Surrey.

You are quite correct. All three were flying in Oxford R6019. A typo in AIR81/4096 is to blame: https://discovery.nationalarchives.g...ls/r/C16688194
