4 FTS, Abu Sueir, Mar-Apr 1936 ORB Look-up Request

Does anyone have the 4 FTS ORB for March/April 1936, please?

I'm trying to find the exact dates when Flt Lt R. T. TAAFFE attended a course there.

I'm not sure of the nature of the course, though I presume it was a refresher.

Can anyone assist, please?

Instrument Flying Courses

Squadron Leader H M Massey MC Commanding No 6 (B) Squadron, Ismailia,
and Flight Lieutenant R T Taefee of this unit have received instruction
in instrument flying and have both shown satisfactory progress. They will complete
their courses early in April (1936)

Taefee posted to 4 FTS Feb 1936 from Headquarters Iraq


Another Note just says

Squadron Leader H M Massey and Flight Lieutenant R T Taefee (now listed as 216 BT Squadron Heliopolis) completed Instrument Flying Course in April 1936

Course Feb/March/April

Then posted 216 Squadron ??

Yes, posted to 216 Sqn, Heliopolis, as Flt Cdr (Detachment Nairobi, Kenya), 9 Apr 36

His previous posting was to the Personnel Staff, HQ Iraq Command, Hinaidi, 26 Feb 34

As an after-thought, Actg Plt Off Leon Maxwell-Muller undertook flying training at 4 FTS from 28 June 1935.

If you still have access to that file, are you able to tell me the course no., if there is one, please, and in any case the graduation date, which was around April 1936?
