Just want to add another 2 September 1939 loss.
    An H F, LEECH.
Nothing in CWGC probably as WW2 began the next day?
Could not find him in the forums database.

But he is noted in the 1939 list.
    at -
Page 1, "RAF officer deaths 12.11.18-3.9.39 alphabetical index"

Perhaps someone has Air78/95/45 in which I expect he can be found ?
Earliest Air81 that I could find were for the 4th September 1939.

Air Force List 1939, August and September have -
LEECH, Henry Fiddes, Acting Pilot Officer(Flying), RAF(AAF).Seniority 19.9.38.

    Leech was Spitfire K9985.

As a commissioned officer in the AAF I would not expect to find him in Air78 only the Air Force List.
