Trying to put crew in correct aircraft for this incident..
During a formation change on 28 May 1937, two Audax from No. 4 Squadron, K1997 and K2031 collied over South Wanborough. F/O R N Smith and P/O G V Smither baled out but both air gunners were killed; AC1s K Hall and F T Hicks
AC1 Leslie Hall (26) killed from Leicester #510498
AC1 Frederick Thomas Hicks (20) killed from Sunbury-on- Thames #520683
Flg Off Ronald Noel Smith baled out -- Flew with Frederick Thomas Hicks
Plt Off Gerald Val Smither baled out -- Flew with Leslie Hall
I believe K2031 was Smither and K1997 was Smith but would like confirmation if possible please ?

South Warnborough, near Odiham (Wanborough is near Swindon).
Thanks Paul. I just wondered if you were querying the information provided by the item, the narrative of which seems to be based on a contemporary Flight magazine article.
