    Looking for details of the loss of the following airman. Any help would be appreciated.

    I have just a little detail about Sgt. Dawson. According "GRO RAF WAR DEATHS R.A.F., he did belong to 901 Wing.

    He is not listed in "Silently into the Midst of Things: 177 Squadron" which has a pretty comprehensive list of aircrew and groundcrew. Having said that 177 was disbanded in May 1945 anyway.

    And he doesn't appear to be on Don Clark's excellent 211 Squadron website either.
