    Default Spitfire X4923

Any information on this aircraft and Pilot. I believe it was lost on 15 Dec 1941 near Andover, Hampshire. Was this a presentation Spitfire from Woolworths? Any help or information would be great.

    Hi Andy,

    according to RAF serials:

X4923 Spitfire I serving with 57 OTU, 411 Sq , 129 Sq, 61 OTU - dived into ground, Ribers Hill, near Andover, Hants. 15.12.41.

It is listed among presentation aircraft as "Nix over Six Secundus" without any more info but as I know there is a new publication about presentation Spitfires.
