    Hi Henk
Warner has no injuries to Sgt R Denyer and crew on L1403.
    Ashley,21, registered at Uxbridge,
    Elizabeth Brown,22, registered at Durham N E
    Crewe,33, also at Durham N E
    Livingstone,21, registered at Banbury, Oxfordshire.
Holloway didn't come up but he is buried in the W Isles of Scotland and may have died there
Boulden didn't come up on the register
I found a Harold E Burton,20, at Falmouth, Devon but the age doesn't quite match CWGC
A Frederick E Lewis,46, is registered at Birmingham but couldn't confirm the age on CWGC
There was a John Wilson,42 registered at S Shields, Northumberland but CWGC gives no age and he is buried in and comes from Scotland so it may not be the right one
    Regards
    Dick

Thanks Dick; some black spots left. Assume no matches to proposed a/c losses.
    Regards,
    Henk.

F/L Holloway's death, aged 28 as the result of a road accident, is registered at Port Ellen on the Isle of Islay.

Sgt (Obs) John Wilson's death, aged 26 from multiple injuries, is registered at Ardrossan in Ayrshire. Death was notified by P/O W H Stephens of R.A.F. Abbotsinch.

No registration of Boulden in Scotland and unfortunately no matches with any proposed aircraft losses. 54OTU ORB has the loss of Blenheim L1403 down for 03.00hrs on 23rd June. Engine failure through oil starvation. The aircraft crashed and was burnt out. Crew of 927380 Sgt R.G. Denyer and air gunner 628544 Sgt D.C.C. Graham baled out at about 1500ft and landed with only slight injuries to Sgt Graham

I have recorded the loss of TTU Beaufort X8938 on this day. Flew into the water near West Kilbride, Ayrshire.

Death register entry for Wilson has Busbie Muir Reservoir, Ardrossan as place of death. There are no other entries on the page that might be associated.

    regards

    Hi Gents,

    Crew for X8938

    P/O J G Yates
    Sgt J Wilson
    F/Sgt W R Everett

Flew into lake in bad visibility on Busbie Muir, near West Kilbride, Ayrshire.

Pilot lost bearings in bad visibility. Travelling at high speed the Beaufort crashed into a high ground lake and sank at 10:50 hrs.

    Regards
    Ross

What is interesting is both Yates and Everett on CWGC as from 86 Sqn - BTW Everett is down as THOMAS EVERETT not W R Everett
