    Hi Chris,
Try John Larder, he's in members list, he's from that area.

    Best Wishes.
    Robert.

BTW - The ebook reference I have posted on the research materials forum says:

23rd of April 1941 N2522 ‘Stalled off’ a steeply banked right hand turn and crashed into the ground at Meggam’s Knowe, south of Linhope village, Cheviot
near Amble - Northumberland. The pilot P/O Martin Walter Rivers, Service No 62015 who was aged 24 from York was killed.

CWGC has him killed on 25th April 1941 as does

Geography problem there Paul. Linhope is in the Cheviots some 30 miles west of Amble which is a port on the coast.

    Best Wishes.

    Robert,
    You are correct
as is Paul for the Cheviots part (Meggrims Knowe)

For my part I have found the crash site & intend to place a memorial hence requiring family contacts

    Thanks lads

    Chris
