    Default Court of Enquiry

    where would I get a copy of this? The aircraft was from 228 Squadron DW110 crashed on 31st January 1944 in Ireland.

    Default Form 412 Court of Inquiry

    Dyan,

    I emailed it too you again just now. It was in the Service Record of the Canadian member of the crew. Next of kin might be able to get it from the RAF Air Historical Branch.
