Many thanks Henk. Not knowing where else to look I'd accepted what was written in 'Nightmare Convoy'. As is so often the case there were no proper references so it was impossible to check. I'll have to amend my accounts.

Default Malta Memorial Registers parts 1 & 2

    Henk
I have the CWGC Malta Memorial Registers Part 1 & Part 11. A-J & K-Z.There are also informative pages on the war in the Mediterranean.
If anyone else is wanting limited information on airmen listed on the Memorial , there is a short paragraph on each person, mainly next of kin.

As you probably know Tennent is listed as RAF [Aux AF]

    Default R.A.F. onboard HMS Aguila

hi, my grandfather was Edmund Blackburn so I was very pleased to come across your website. I've been trying to find out information about him, especially his reason for being onboard. My mum was only six when he died, so any information would be great. Please contact me,
    many thanks...Anna Freund
