Default Sgt Andrew Hannay Cunningham, 970664

    Hi,

Another query from my Roll of Honour.

On 4 February 1941 Sgt Andrew Hannay Cunningham 970664 (a Wop under training) was killed in a flying accident. Although born in Crail, Fife he was living in Edinburgh when he was called up.

As he is buried in Crail Cemetery I believe his death may have occured at HMS Jackdaw, a RN airfield at Crail.

Would anyone have any further details surrounding the loss of Sgt Cunningham?

    Regards,

    Alex

    Hi John,

Thanks for the info. So was Sgt Cunningham part of this crew? He isn't mentioned.
