Remember that items such as engines and weapons were Government Furnished Equipment and thus would not be included in any contract price paid to the aircraft manufacturing company. This might include the turrets, the bomb launchers, the bombsight and any electronic devices. none of which were under the control of the aircraft company.

The cost would also vary as production continued, as variants changed, and from factory to factory producing the type. Contracts would include the production of specific numbers of spares, as opposed to complete aircraft, and presumably some allowance for delivery testing and post-delivery support. For some idea of the complexities of the question, I can refer you to Sebastian Ritchie's book "Industry and Air Power". It won't answer your question, not least because it doesn't cover the later years of WW2, but it may make clear why there is certainly no simple answer, and possibly no sensible answer either. It is, however, quite a fascinating read.

There's prices and information on relevant calculations for Bomber Command aircraft here:

It certainly looks very promising on price data, though from a quick look I couldn't see where he separated airframe costs from GFE. It also has a very good list of further references. However, I'd be very careful about an author who thinks the Halifax had its Hercules engines replaced by Merlins; the Wellington is of the same level of technology as the Marauder; that official specifications were inevitably useless and only the wonderful Private Ventures were any good.
