Sunderland take-off/landing distances

I would be grateful if someone could kindly advise, preferably from reproduction Pilot's Notes, or similar, the quoted take-off and landing distance requirements for the Sunderland flying boat. My particular interest is in the figures applicable at maximum all-up weight and nominal wind speed. Thanks in anticipation.

I checked a downloaded copy of AP1566 - P.N. Pilots and Flight Engineers Notes and there is no mention of such distances, I doubt they woudl as it would be completely at the mercy of the water conditions and the aircraft weight and atmospheric conditions. But this is only a 55 or so page booklet so its not the bible for the aircraft I'd say.

My four years of Aeronautical Engineering makes me none the wiser however ;-)

one of Newtons equations ....: v squared = 2 x acceleration x distance

I make the distance 1962 ft. (assuming constant acceleration, and presumably ideal conditions)

Taking off from water is not, however, quite as simple as taking off from land, and certainly a couple of miles was allowed for, and used if required! The aircraft could fail to unstick if the water was too smooth, and acceleration would be reduced if the water was too rough. Plus, of course, it is dependent upon weight. 2000ft looks like a fairly light weight, to me.
