    Default Spitfire Mk.IA R7205 August 1941

    Hi all,

I would like to ask for help with accident date of Spitfire Mk.IA, R7205 in August 1941.
The place was Leconfield airfield (so maybe the ORB can help).

Some sources stated it was on the 8th some it was on the 9th August 1941.

Also there is a difference in Damage Category - C or A but as the plane was not repaired on the side I will guess it was AC.

I will be very thankful for any additional information on this particular accident - I have the rest of plane's history already completed.

    TIA
