Unaccounted aircraft - February 1938

As I have followed the success for Henk with loads of info coming back to him on airmen, I want to try the same in order to know the final faith for some aircraft:

1/2-1938 Hurricane I L1556 of 111 Sqd: Pilot hit head on hood in bumpy conditions and knocked out. Dived into ground 1 mile west of Northolt.

Who was the pilot?

Fligth Magazine dated February 10th 1938 carries this story:
Flying Accidents
The Air Ministry regrets to announce the following accidents: — F/0. Mervyn Seymour Bocquet lost his life in an accident which occurred at Uxbridge, Middlesex, on February 4, to an aircraft of No 111 (F.) Squadron, Northolt, Ruislip, Middlesex. F/O. Bocquet was (he pilot and sole occupant of the aircraft.

Date is different but Hughes list on this thread places him on 1 February 1938.

Er, I think Dennis means my list, not Hugh's. This is based on interwar RAF Air Force Lists. The March 1938 edition records Bocquet as 'killed' on 1 February 1938. Another edition records that he was posted to 111 Sqn on 29 February 1936.
