Default Looking for info on crash site North Bucks

Hello, Im looking for a place I can get some information on a bomber crash site that happened in WW2 in the North Bucks area. A site between Stony Stratford and Buckingham. Can anyone provide any leads or info please?

It would an idea ,if you have the information, to give a date. There are several books that deal with crashes etc or with aircraft activity by area but they usually go by date,

    Rick,
With not much to go on, the closest i can find is 578sqdn LW478, (Chorley's)which crashed whilst attempting an instrument landing at Silverstone 31/03/44, which is approx 3 miles NW of the midway point between Buckingham and Stony Stratford.
