    Default Beaufighter R2461 63 OTU.

14/11/1943 Beaufighter R2461 of 63 OTU struck the ground at night after instrument failure at Astwood Bank. Pilot Sgt G J Hopkins and observer Sgt A G Bestel were both killed.

Could anyone add more to this?

    Any help appreciated

    Regards
    Peter.
