Hi Henk,
Sgt John JACKSON was onboard Havoc I - AX912 - 1451 Flt Hunsdon that crashed on 22/10/41 killing P/O J.H. DENEYS. Sgt Jackson died five days later from his injuries.

S/Ldr William J. ALLINGHAM - 77332 - the Rochdale Observer of November 5th 1941 reported the following:
HEATON PARK FATALITY
An accident in which a Rochdale Corporation bus was involved, and in which an R.A.F. officer named William Johnstone Allingham (56) lost his life, was the subject of an inquiry by the Manchester Coroneron Friday. The fatality occurred at Heaton Park on the previous Monday night during the black-out, and evidence was given by the bus driver, Joseph Richard Ward of Mitchell Street, Rochdale, to the effect that a figure loomed up right in front of his bus. It was a dark night and the road was very wet. A verdict of "accidental death" was returned, the Coroner remarking that Allingham haswalked diagonally across the roasd with his back to oncoming traffic. No blame was attached to the bus driver.
AC1 William F. JOHNSON - 1070401 - the Sunderland Echo of October 28th 1941 reported the following:
Another death reported is that of former RAF man, William Frederick Johnson (29) of St George’s Square. After being discharged from a RAF hospital in May he was treated for nearly a month in the Municipal Hospital. He was re-admitted yesterday and died last night.
ACW2 Dorothy DARE - 2058794 - the National Probate Calendar records that she died at the Borough Isolation Hospital, Bangor.
AC2 Bernard HASSALL - 1228980 - there's a Bernard Hassell, aged 37, registered Knaresborough, December 1941. The 1911 census has a four year old Bernard Hassall living with his parents, James Thomas and Elizabeth Hassall, in Birmnigham, which matches the CWGC enry or Hassall.
Sgt John R. JACKSON - 950597 - the Liverpool Echo of October 29th 1941 carried the follwing announcement:
ON ACTIVE SERVICE
JACKSON - Oct. 1941, the result of an accident, aged 24 years Sergeant Radio Operator Instructor JOHN REGINALD JACKSON (R.A.F.) very dearly lved son of Mrs. M. M. Jackson and the late Alfred Jackson.

UPGRADE to Dorothy Dare 2058794, attached to Number 3 MT school, she became dangerously ill on 25th October and was admitted to Bangor isolation hospital where she Died of cerebrospinal meningitis

AC2 Leslie HENDERSON - 1502702 - his [civilian] headstone in Harton Cemetery records that he died at the R.A.F. Hospital, West Kirby.

William Joshia Elliot 1285509 , attached to RAF Police HQ at RAF Uxbridge, died in the station hospital at 05:26 hours of uraenemia
Cecil Robert Stokes 85739 , attached to 52 RSU , was dangerously injured in a road accident and was admitted to Port Sudan Civil hospital where he died at 18:20 hours of head Injuries
Herbert Frederick Barnes 1427929 , attached to Number 3 SOTT , was admitted seriously ill to SSQ at Blackpool on 27 July suffering with meningitis. He was transferred to Raf Hospital, Kirkham where he died of tuburcular meningitis
Bernard Hassall 1228980 , attached to 2715 Squadron RAF Regiment, died in Harrogate hospital at 21:15 Hours of mastoditis
