Can anyone provide the names of crewmembers of the Sunderland that attacked U-995 on 21 May 1944?

The www.uboat.net entry for this date has U-995 attacked by a "Canadian Sunderland, OTU 4/S", five men wounded on the boat.

I don't know why this was described as Canadian on U-boat.net
S/Ldr Whittome was killed aboard Spitfire NH236 when it crashed near Knaphill, Woking on 14th September 1948.
I do not yet have the forenames of the two Davies crew men.
