    Default Unaccounted airmen - 22-11-1941

What were the places of death registration for the following airmen whose names I couldn't find in Flight archives:

    AC2 Malachi C. WALKER - 1310077, and
    AC2 Leo YOUNG - 1281411 (from Australia) - possibly registered Trowbridge ?).

Proposed aircraft losses for this day:
Hurricane I - V7206 - 59 OTU - crashed on overshoot Rye Close, Irthington, Cumberland.
    Hurricane I - V7310 - 59 OTU - rashed in forced landing near Crosby.
    Master I - T8390 - 9 FTS - crashed in forced landing Illston-on-the-Hill, Leicestershire.
    Mentor I - L4434 - SF Halton - crashed on take-off Halton.
Tiger Moth I - L6946 - 7 EFTS - flew into ground Coleshill, near Birmingham.

Regards and thanks for your help.
    Henk.

Walker is registered in Dean District of Edinburgh City.

There is an LAC D C Walker listed DOAS in Jan 22nd 1942 magazine, no matching name on CWGC. Might be a printing error for M C Walker.

Cannot see L Yoiung in Flight, manually checked two months. Can't turn him up on Australian national archives either, Col maybe?
