I couldn't find Andrews on the register but I suspect the StClair has caused problems in the entry, I saw the full name on CWGC

R3409 was a non fatal incident, all of the crew were able to safely vacate the aircraft.

January 7th 1942, “Aircraft Anson No.3409 crashed at Brant Hill crew baled out, no casualties.”

9 AOS didn't record anything accidents related in their ORB from July 1941 to June 1942 but with the 4 registered at Caernarfon

Following from Ross' post I have now found an Andrews ,24,registered in Gosport like Elliott. The problem is they have him on the list as James R S Andrews which is imaginative if nothing else!! but I wouldn't have considered him if it were not for Ross placing him on the Beaufort and the registration at Gosport

AC2 Kenneth W. PALMER - 1142371 - the Nottingham Journal of January 12th 1941 reported the following:

Bulwell Airman's Death
The death has occurred in an R.A.F. hospital of Aircraftman Kenneth William Palmer, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Palmer, of 136 Logan Street, Bulwell.

AC2 Albert G. TOWNROW - 1190150 - the Gloucester Citizen of January 17th 1941 reported the following (precised for brevity):

R.A.F. MAN HAD NO LIGHTS
Inquest on Gloucester Cyclist
Returning a verdict of "death from misadventure" at Cheltenham on Friday on Aircraftman Albert George Townrow, who was killed while cycling along Innsworth Lane, Gloucester, the Coroner (Mr. J. D. Lane) said he thought that Townrow was riding without a light on, and in a hurry.
Aircraftman Edward Joseph New, R.A.F. motor transport driver, said that on the morning on January 7 he was driving a motor vehicle along Innsworth Lane towards the main Cheltenham-Gloucester road, when he noticed a stationary coach in front of him.
He pulled up and saw driver A/C Allen, who said, "Something's hit me. Could you give me a hand?" Witness got out and found an injured airman, his head on the grass vergre and his body in the road. He had serious head injuries.
A/C Leonard Cyril Allen said that he was driving the motor coach...on the left hand side of the road at about 15 m.p.h. [at about 7.38 a.m.] He had on two sidelights and one tail light, but his headlamp was not on. He thought it was safe to drive without the headlight.
He felt a bump on his off side, and stopped at once. He got out and found a cyclist lying on the road, badly injured.
Witness saw no light at all. He looked at the bicycle in the presence of New, and found a lamp on it. He had to turn the screw of the lamp right down before it came on. Then it was a steady red glow like a cigarette.
The Coroner said he was satisfied that A/C Allen came into collison with Townrow accidentally.
