FARMBROUGH, GEE and O'CONNOR on Wellington I - DV481 of 22 OTU.
FIRMAN - on Master III - W8452 of CFS.
LOWRY on Defiant I - V1182 of 60 OTU.
SISTRON on Blenheim I - L1303 of 17 OTU.

What remains is:
F/Sgt (WOp) Derek A. BOOTH - 637476 - KOAS - buried UK561 (Deane [St.Mary] Churchyard, Bolton, Lancashire).

Derek A Booth age 24 indeed registered in Barnstable. But he is 20 on CWGC???

There wasa Derek A Booth born in Bolton district in Q2 1921, Horwich is/was in that district. Mothers maiden name Boardman. And in Q2 1915, Annie Boardman and Charles Booth were married in Bolton district.

Gordon W Reid age 25 in Newark district, Nottinghamshire

And there is a 21 year old Stanley Phillip Astington some where in Scotland in 1942.

AUS400619 Sgt.John DONALDSON RAAF, other member of crew on Master III W8452. Donaldson and Firman buried side-by-side Upavon Cemetery.

Donaldson's unit quoted as 61 OTU on AWM Roll of Honour DB and AWM Nominal Roll.

Dennis: REID and ASTINGTON both 'died' on active service. BOOTH (death registered at Barnstaple) may have been number four on N1025.

Astington wasn't so much killed in W5019, as by it. He was struck and killed by the aircraft as confirmed by the brief entry in the ORB.

January 14th 1942, “Fatal accident to 1426283 A.C.2 Astington S.P. in collision with Botha I. W.5019.”

No other report of casualties so it looks like those onboard were ok.
