Default Codes for Coastal Command Types

Can anyone please confirm the individual code letters for the following, all shot down by Oblt Hermann Horstmann of V/KG 40. No need for crew lists, thanks:

    Wellington HE568 of 420 Squadron, June 1, 1943.
    Halifax DT636 of 58 Squadron, August 24, 1943
    Sunderland JM676 of 461 Squadron, November 29, 1943

    Many thanks:

    Robert

    Default He568

HE568 was coded as "QO*Y" with 438 Squadron, I have no information on it while it was with any other squadron.

    Ross:
Is it possible my source was incorrect and it was Wellington HE568 coded 'QO*Y' with 438 Squadron that Hermann Horstmann shot down on June 1, 1943?
    Kind regards:
    Robert

    Thanks Andy and 'Sunderlandnut'
Looks like there was a transposition error somewhere along the way.
Ross: Do you have the code for HE586?
    Best regards:
    Robert
