Have gathered from several sources, including yourself, that Google drive isn’t something everyone wants to get into - please correct me if I’m mistaken in terms of its ease of use.

In the meantime I’ve removed what I thought was a nifty scrollable window containing the Additions and Amendments document and replaced with an offer, including a link to my email, to forward the PDF.
