    Default Unaccounted airwomen and airman - 15-3-1942

    What were the places of death registration for:

    AC2 Leonard LUCAS - 1426894 - listed Flight but scanned page unreadable;
    LACW Ivy TRACEY - 895505 - died on active service, and
    Section Offr (WAAF) Cynthia UNWINN - 3332 - not found Flight archives.

    Proposed aircraft loss:
    Mentor I - L4397 - 19 Grp CF - flew into ground near Roborough.

    Regards and thanks for your help.
    Henk.

    The page of Flight is poor but it is readable, he is DOAS, even if its faint text you can always copy the paragraph of text into word or notepad to get a temporary glimpse. Rember if you can find the text then the text is scanned in that document and you can copy and paste it out.

    Thanks Dick and Dennis.
    Dennis: "............copy the paragraph of text into word or notepad to get a temporary glimpse..............etc" really too difficult for this old man. Just happy that I can put a thread on this forum ! But I'll give it a try and sea what happens. Always afraid causing damage or other difficulties to the PC and on hd stored maps and documents !!
    Regards,
    Henk.
