    Henk,

P/O Fordham died as a result of walking into the rotating propeller of a Wellington. He survived long enough to be taken to hospital.

The following is from the No.20 OTU ORB.

April 24th 1942, SSQ, P/O Fordham while entering Wellington 2821 at Elgin was struck by airscrew. Seriously injured and transferred to Grays Hospital, at Elgin P/O Fordham succumbed to injuries shortly afterwards.

P/O Morrice was recorded in a very brief entry in the No.53 OTU ORB.

April 25th 1942, P/O Morrice killed in flying accident.

There was also a similar entry for a Sgt McFall the previous day, I have checked on CWGC and he was RAFVR.
