    Hi Michel,

Finding relatives of WOII airmen is not easy.Often you need some luck and determination. When I know where an airman came from the first step I take is to contact the public library. So in your case I suggest you contact the public library of Grimsby.Maybe they are willing to help you(it is with each library different)and could find some info which leads to family members. For example an obituary or other leads.
If that will give no result you could always consider to step into the(big) world of genealogy.
    Hope this helps.

    regards

    Mike

Also try a letter to the Grimsby Telegraph newspaper, on line, explaining your search for Clarke's relatives .
    The Bygones section
    http://www.thisisgrimsby.co.uk/bygones

OR a Letter to the Editor. The Contact Us section
    http://www.thisisgrimsby.co.uk/contact.html

If you can phone them or write a letter it is better as emails are not always answered .
