    Hello Malcolm,

I haven't got a copy but the incident may be in Norman Franks "Fighter Command Losses". Could someone who has this book please check it out, thank you.

    Hi Norman

I have the Franks book and its not listed because the aircraft was with 56 OTU, which I forgot to mention.

    Hello Malcolm,
"They Shall Grow Not Old" - page 402 (Allison) for LALONDE:
Hurricane crashed at Grammar (sic) Lane, two miles west of Holbeach, Lincolnshire.
"Air Britain Serials T1000-V9999" for V6734:
Dived into ground out of cloud, Graumer (sic) Lane, 2m W of Holbeach, Lincs.,
what may confirm LALONDE on V6734.
    Regards,
    Henk.
