Typhoon I - R7590 - 8 MU - crashed on landing Little Rissington.
Master II - DK985 - RAFC - crashed on approach Barkston LG.

John Washington actually died in 1944 per the scanned Grave Registration Refort form on CWGC.
And the death register index seems to confirm that
