Hi, partly from Laurence Motiuk's book "Thunderbirds at War" and Google.

Robert James Brodie - of Westmount, Quebec

W PRoskunik (WOpAG) note spelling. of Morinville, Alb

J C Swan (BA), of Toronto

ROBERT Alderson (Nav), of Hamilton, Ont

G Beale (FE), of Sunbury on Thames, Middlesex.

J Deyell (MUG), of Renfrew, Ont.

Thorburn W Christie (RG), of Billings Bridge, Ont.

page 389 of the book says the Brodie was awarded the DFC and Christie the DFM, so there should be something on Hughs website.

pic of crew on page 383 of this book, from Robert Alderson himself.

crew posted to PFF 405 Sqdn around 6th Feb 45.

hope this adds a little, regards Rich

    Default 426 sqdn crew

Hello - I see you posted a request for info about a 426 Sqdn crew - one of these crew members is (was) my
father - perhaps I might be able to help? Only 4 years later....

My mother had sent info about their plane crash to Eric Dessouroux of Belgium. I had tried earlier this year
to contact him with some questions, but to no avail. He was associated with the Belgian Aviation History
Association, and I wanted to know where the information is presented that I might visit one day. This
    concerns Halifax NP686.

Your request has piqued my interest - please advise.

    Hello ,

As an amateur researcher on the air war over Belgium i was , am interessed in the firstnames of the crewmembers to complete my files.
