    Default 63 Sqn

Does anybody know where 63 Sqn were based during 1944 during their life as a spotting squadron for the Royal Navy? Were they part of Army Co Op Command or some other unit?

    Regards

    Colin

    Henk,

The airman's name was: AUS205876 F/O Keith James BRIDGFORD RAAF (no 'E' ). Bridgford enlisted at Laverton on 3-10-1939. How he ever achieved officer/flying status astounds me. He faced Court Martial proceedings twice in his early career. Most of the enlistees in his group ended up in ground trades, lucky to get to Sergeant by the end of the war.
