Default F/O K.O.Moore from 224 Sqn and his crew

Can someone provide me a decent quality copy of 224 Sqn's ORB? Not the whole one obviously.
I went trough page no 99 where Moore crew's report appears re two U-Boats being sunk during patrol on 7/6th of June 1944 (actually it goes trough two pages). Do anyone has a copy as I was struggling last night trying to read it. Also I would like to have some clarification on Moore's crew names as they are not quite clear in ORB.
    The crew:
    F/O K.O.Moore
    F/O J. Ket.....
    W/O T.McDowell
    P/O A.Gibb
    W/O N.Wer..cki
    W/O D.Gre...
    W/O E.Dav...
    W/O W.Foster
    F/Sgt I.Webb
    Sgt W.We...

Did they use XB code letters in June 1944?
    Thanks a lot!

Many thanks for your help. Very much appreciated as names of Moore' crew are not very clear on ORB pages.
Yes, it is crucial point who sunk U-629. There were three claimed in similar time: two by Moore and one by F/Lt Carmichael's crew of 53 Sqn: U-629, Hartmann's U-441 (previously claimed as Antoniewicz's crew (304P) victim) and U-373. I still have doubts.

    Thanks a lot!
